Phone Agent

The phone agent is a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence, designed for business-type accounts. It can answer and handle phone calls on behalf of your organization, providing information and guidance to callers.

Use this service when you want your organization to offer automated phone assistance, available to callers without the intervention of a human operator.

  1. On the main hub “Analysis & Generation”, press the “AI Phone Agent” card.
