Short answers to the most frequently asked questions about your account and about using the Legal Hints application.
How do I get more credits?
Section titled “How do I get more credits?”Use the “Request credits” menu in the Credits section. Fill in the request form, and it is approved by an administrator of your organization. Details in Requesting credits.
Do I need to enter card details to use the application?
Section titled “Do I need to enter card details to use the application?”No. Your account uses organizational credits, with no card payments inside the application. When you need more credits, use “Request credits”.
In which languages is the application available?
Section titled “In which languages is the application available?”The application interface is available in Romanian by default. The language can be checked and adjusted from the account settings.
What types of documents can I analyze?
Section titled “What types of documents can I analyze?”You can upload documents for document analysis, change analysis (comparing contract versions), signature verification, and OCR (extracting text from scanned documents or images).
What types of documents can I generate?
Section titled “What types of documents can I generate?”You can generate, among others, commercial contracts, employment contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policies, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), letters, and responses to petitions, using an external draft, your own template, or a built-in template.
How long does a document analysis take?
Section titled “How long does a document analysis take?”The duration depends on the size and complexity of the document. During processing, the application displays a progress indicator.
Is my data confidential?
Section titled “Is my data confidential?”Your documents and conversations are used to generate the responses requested within the application.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Section titled “What do I do if I forgot my password?”On the sign-in screen, press “Forgot your password?”, enter your email address, and follow the link received by email to set a new password. Details in Signing in.
Can I sign in using Google, Microsoft, or Apple?
Section titled “Can I sign in using Google, Microsoft, or Apple?”Yes. On the sign-in screen you can choose to continue directly with a Google, Microsoft, or Apple account, instead of email and password.
How do I contact support?
Section titled “How do I contact support?”For questions related to your organization or your credit account, contact your organization’s administrator.
What is the phone agent?
Section titled “What is the phone agent?”It is a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence, available for business accounts, which can handle phone calls on behalf of your organization. Details in Phone agent.
What is the website chat-bot?
Section titled “What is the website chat-bot?”It is a conversational widget based on artificial intelligence, which your organization can embed on its own website to respond to visitors. Details in Website chat-bot.
